Don't worry how cold the water is before you jump into it.
"try to think" is somewhat chinglish,你要表达的是担心,用worry更好.leap严格地讲应该是用一只脚起跳然后另一只脚先着地（就象大步跨）.jump才是两只脚一起跳.
三楼说得对.很多人淹死就是因为水太冷导致肌肉突然痉挛,来不及反应.
