Different people have different opinions.
Some think that children's learning a foreign language like their mother tongue is good.They can learn their mother tongue well,which shows they have talent in language learning.They need to know a lot from a foreign language in order to strengthen themselves.
But other people think that it is difficult and impossible for children to learn a foreign language like their mother language.They are not in such a good condition in school.They don't often speak the language.
In my opinion,we can learn a foreign language but not like our mother tongue.
