答案选的是enabling,我选的是to enable,不能把 to enable看做表示目的吗?
More highways have been built in China,______ it much easier for people to travel from one place to another.making,我选的to make.一样的理由,想看做表示目的.

答：1.有一个细节决定了这两处横线上不能用不定式：横线前面用逗号隔开.
2.按照答案的意思,这两句都是现在分词作结果状语.
本身动词不定式可以表示目的，但是用动词的不定式的时候前面不能有逗号啊。。。用动名词的时候，要有逗号，表示非谓语动词，用不定式的话就是一个连续的句子，之间是没有标点的，两个句子都是这个问题。
to enable表示目的用于还未发生的情况。
这种句型可以这样理解:用动词+ing形式代替which定语从句。如：More highways have been built in China,which makes it much easier for people to travel from one place to another.
