be willing to 是系表结构,什么是系表结构呢,
像be是系动词,后面所接的句型,本来是being的但是主语与逻辑主语一致（都是most of the people）且含有be动词,那么主句主语和be动词就可以省略,变为过去分词的结构.
（she）hearing the bad news ,she cried sadly .他听,是主位,没有系表结构.用ing.
devoted the education ,he feeled happy. 他投入,虽然是主位,但有句型,be devoted to
所以再看一下he being devoted the education ,he feeled happy.主句主语与逻辑主语一致,都是he ,所以he being省略.变为以上句子.
