我们的学校
我们的学校是绵阳市第十三中学,位于绵阳科技城西大门——涪城区磨家镇.这里环境优美、交通便利、文化气氛浓厚,是一个理想的读书的地方.
学校坐落在磨家镇黄连嘴的小山旁,草溪河从学校门口流过,青山绿水,环境宜人.这里是绵阳科技城的西大门,交通十分便利.成绵、绵广高速从这里通过,还有科技大道和飞云大道从这里出发通往绵阳城区.学校的对面是绵阳师范学院,有全国各地来的莘莘学子到这里求学,形成了浓郁的文化气氛.
我们的学校新建于2006年,占地二十四亩.主要由教学楼、综合楼和学生宿舍楼构成,每栋各有五层.教学楼每层四间教室,是全校各个年级同学学习的场所.教室里窗明几净,安装了有线电视和小喇叭,教室前后都是现代化的黑板.每个教室大约有六十多个平方,可以坐上五六十个学生.教学楼的一二三层是小学的各个年级,四五楼是中学的各年级.在综合楼上有各类实验室、网络教室、图书室和多媒体教室.中小学的教师办公室、各个行政办公室等都在综合楼上.学生宿舍每层大约有24间,四五楼住的是小学各年级的学生,二三楼是初中各年级的学生,一楼是老师的集体寝室.每间寝室大约有二十多个平方,另有一个阳台是学生的洗漱间,每间寝室住宿十个学生.学校有大小两个操场,安装了许多健身器材.操场上有两个篮球场,两个排球场和网球场,周围是乒乓球桌.课间课余同学们在这里进行锻炼和开展各项活动.宿舍楼后面是食堂,是同学们生活保障.
我们学校设计了校徽,图案是由上下两部分组成,呈半圆形,上面是一个初升的太阳,下边是一棵禾苗呈两片幼叶.校徽有深刻的寓意,一是少年儿童在老师的哺育下就像初升的太阳一样,正茁壮成长；另一层意思就是同学们在老师的培育下成长为一只雄鹰,正展翅高飞.我们学校的校训是“”.学校还有一首优美《...》歌曲作为校歌.
我们学校共有六十几位老师,他们教学经验丰富,教学水平高,深受同学们欢迎.全校有一千多名学生,主要来自磨家片区,还有部分来自附近的乡镇以及务工的子弟.学校实行封闭式管理,学生星期一到校星期五下午才能回家.
