We planned to register for a fair in Guangzhou this March,but due to no booth available for us,we decide to go for the fair in the same city in September.
由于与XX展会举办时间相隔太近无法作出调整,因此我们只能取消贵机构举办的XX展会.
As the interval between this fair and XX fair is too short for us to handle arrangements,we have to cancel the registration for xx fair hosted by you.
