I ofen have milk and eggs for breakfast.I think it's good for us.I like to have vegetables,fish,chicken,and a bowl of rice for lunch.I like fish very much,because it's very healthy and delicious for me.I usually have noddles or jiaozi for supper.Sometimes I eat out with my family.Afer supper I ofen go out for a walk.

i usually have meal at home, because my mom thought it would be more healthy for doing so. mom cooks meal for us everyday. at breakfast, i usually have several pieces of bread, an fried egg and a cup of milk for breakfast, but sometimes i also have noodles and soybean milk. the lunch is much better than breakfast because mom always cooks three or four dishes, such as fried beef, toast duck and fried vegetable and makes soup and rice for us, and she is really a terrifc cook. in the evening, we have rice and dishes left at lunch for supper.
