(1) 区别since和after
since译为“自从”,表示时间段,侧重从过去某个时间开始一直到现在持续发生的动作
eg：i have learned english for 5 years since i went to school.
after 在.之后,表示时间点,侧重过去发生的动作,不强调对现在的影响
根据how long 提问,回答必须是段时间 所以选since.
（2）考点使役动词的被动语态
使役动词如make,have,get,let,用于被动语态时要把to还原
eg：the boss made him work for one hour.
he was made to work for one hour
(3) 此句是一个定语从句,关键点取决于动词是及物动词还是不及物动词.
及物动词（vt）：可以直接加宾语.如 vistit,reach
不及物动词（vi）：不可以直接加宾语,必须接介词后才能加宾语.arrive+at ,live in/at stay in/at
题中visit是及物动词,visit sb/ sp 拜访某人或者某地 也就是说空后面的句子是不完整的,visit后面缺少宾语
下面我把题中疑问句转换成相应的陈述句,你就明白了

如果想选where 句子应该是这样的（visit本身后面必须得有宾语如it）

如果是WHERE就是TIHIS IS RESEARCH没冠词了
